Please allow for 2-4 business days for your order to be shipped from our warehouse. Orders are processed at our warehouse Monday thru Friday. Our warehouse is closed all major US holidays.
Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. Please allow for additional time to receive your order during the holiday seasons. If you suspect your order has been lost in transit, please contact us via: customerservice@thesotashop.com

Returns & Exchanges
Online orders are final sale. All purchases made through our website are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on online orders. Please double check your size and selection before checking out.
In-store purchases. Items purchased in store may be returned or exchanged as follows:
Condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all original tags attached. Proof of purchase is required at the time of return or exchange.
Not eligible for return or exchange: online orders, gift cards, final sale items, and custom or personalized designs.
Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
