Shipping
Please allow for 2-4 business days for your order to be shipped from our warehouse. Orders are processed at our warehouse Monday thru Friday. Our warehouse is closed all major US holidays.
Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. Please allow for additional time to receive your order during the holiday seasons. If you suspect your order has been lost in transit, please contact us via: customerservice@thesotashop.com

*Orders that select "in store pickup" as the delivery method will be held for 1 year post order date. After the 1 year mark, the items will no longer be available and no refunds will be given.
*Parnassus items that are brought in for School Logo Embroidery: when the items are ready for pick up, we will notify you. We will hold the items up to 1 year from the date you brought in. If the items are not picked up after 1 year, they will be donated to Parnassus.
Returns & Exchanges
Online orders are final sale. All purchases made through our website are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on online orders. Please double check your size and selection before checking out.
In-store purchases. Items purchased in store may be returned or exchanged as follows:
Condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all original tags attached. Proof of purchase is required at the time of return or exchange.
Not eligible for return or exchange: online orders, gift cards, final sale items, and custom or personalized designs, including Parnassus logo items. Items purchased with a Parnassus voucher are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
